Horses on one of my favorite bike routes. That's right, it warmed up to 30 so I got out for an hour on the road with my mountain bike.

I wimped out tonight and skipped the rain filled TUNA and watched TV while spending a quality hour on the wind trainer. (note to cycling fans, check out www.tdfblog.com, for info on the Tour of California and the big crash/conversational finish yesterday)

I had a great week of training. Despite 2 feet of snow, cold temps and high winds, I got in 7.88 hours of training. 154 days to go.
19 miles running (including 4 miles on an indoor track = 14 laps per mile)
3800 yards swimming. 1 weights session. 44.53 miles on the wind trainer. and XC skiing with my wife.

Kevin (pictured) and I did a 5 mile XC loop around Black Creek Park.
I have 161 days till Ironman, this week's training looked like this: 6.1 hours total training. 17.25 miles running, 3700 yards swimming, 1 weights session, 9.15 miles on the wind trainer, 5 miles of XC skiing.
