Testing converting to sRGB... Ironman training update: Bad week as I bonked on several workouts, including 2 hours into a three hour run, resulting in an hour of walking to get home. 21.32 miles running, 120.4 miles on the bike ans 1650 yards swimming (work kept me from 3 swim workouts) 35 days to go.

Swimmers warm-up before the Keuka Triathlon. My first tri in over a year! I am very happy with my current fitness. 2:48 or so, 31 min swim, 19 mph AVS on the bike and a sub-48 min. 10K!

Frame E - Back in the days of film, the last frame was always E, sometimes a half frame, and many times the best frame of the day. This was my digital Frame E today, walking back to the car after a lacrosse game.
