Until....I went out today on my second 3 hour ride in three days, and was having a great day until.... I cut a tire and flatted about 30 minutes from the end, no problem, I will use the dollar bill trick to patch the tire, until..... my CO2 dispenser was broken and let all the air out, and not into the tube. Once again I had to call AAA (my daughter) to come rescue me.

Shawn and I I climbed Cascade Mountain, my first mountain in the Adirondack 46 High Peaks. The rocky top is just above the tree line and was socked in with clouds and snow. Cascade Mountain has an elevation 4098 feet. It is the 36th highest peak in the 46 High Peaks. The ascent from the trailhead is 1940 feet, and the hike is 4.8 miles round trip. Coming down we used trash bags to aid us, see the video...
