After having an infected cyst for a week, I started to get real sick (I think food poisoning from yesterday) so today I enjoyed a 5 hour stay in the ED, after three bags of IV to get my BP back up, a lancing and draining and new antibiotics, I was allowed to go home.... lucky me.
