After having an infected cyst for a week, I started to get real sick (I think food poisoning from yesterday) so today I enjoyed a 5 hour stay in the ED, after three bags of IV to get my BP back up, a lancing and draining and new antibiotics, I was allowed to go home.... lucky me.

First day of SU spring football practice. Over 200 miles driving, dinner (more on that later) and tolls for a 2 column (read small) picture. And they wonder why newspapers are laying off people all over...

OK relax... the mtn bike is done(ish) so it had to get out today (I didn't want to, but you know how bikes can be) - ps this is also my first ride of the year, can you say sloth?

They say we got 16 inches of snow the last two days... sadly I waited too late in the day and the snow was sticky... I got no glide.... it really sucked : (

Finished for the day... the rear is together, still adjustments to make in derailers and brakes, but it is starting to look like a bike.
