Diet Pepsi and Bristol. Day 7 of being sick. 119 days to go and I just had my worst week since... I can't remember. 1 set of 1050 yards of swimming is all I got in, chest and sinus congestion is kicking my arse.
Runners on track during indoor tri. 126 Days to go. Another tough week: 5.18 hours. Running 16 miles, swimming 4250 yards and only 16.5 miles on the bike trainer, this weather needs to break so I can get out on the bike.

Grapefruit. I am happy with my week and injury/illness kept me from training till Thursday. I totaled 4.78 hours, I will use this as a recovery week. 12 miles running, 15.7 miles on the bike, 18.6 miles on the wind trainer and 1800 yards swimming.
