Final day at the Wegmans LPGA, Lorena Ochoa won. I really like the fairway shot since it's rare to get a clean sky background in golf on tour events. And who can ever forget the "kiss the trophy" picture.

My Land Cruiser is back on teh road (bad ballast resistor) so the family went to a weekly car show. Guy at the gate asked me if I was really showing my truck, wonder what he meant by that?

Testing converting to sRGB... Ironman training update: Bad week as I bonked on several workouts, including 2 hours into a three hour run, resulting in an hour of walking to get home. 21.32 miles running, 120.4 miles on the bike ans 1650 yards swimming (work kept me from 3 swim workouts) 35 days to go.

Swimmers warm-up before the Keuka Triathlon. My first tri in over a year! I am very happy with my current fitness. 2:48 or so, 31 min swim, 19 mph AVS on the bike and a sub-48 min. 10K!
