Question. Is suicide always a selfish act? Students and staff held a memorial for the former city school vice principal and senior class adviser who killed himself last week. He had a "bad illness" that he had fought for years... cancer? But still, to leave a son who is a senior, a wife, and students who you had told to stay the course and rise above life's challenges.
Ironman training update. 12 weeks to go. 9.65 hours training last week. 16 miles running, 88.5 miles on the bike and 5050 yards swimming. I am starting to feel better.
